Abusive Trading means the following actions, but not limited to, pip-hunting, scalping, arbitrage, manipulation or exploitation of any temporality and / or minor inaccuracy in any rate or price offered in the Trading Platform, a combination of fast / slow fees , use of any trading robot computer program (i.e. non-exhaustive examples of trading robot computer program include; a script, a spider, an EA, an MQL robot, an algorithmic robot, any type of code that automatically implement orders in the MetaTrader terminal, or any type of external automated robot (bot), i.e. a computer code that controls the MetaTrader terminal externally) (unless the Client receives the express written consent of the Company before activating the trading robot computer program), spiders or other automated data entry system with the Trading platform for scalping and / or exploiting feed latency or flooding the system with pending orders without intention to execute them.
Examples of abusive trading
Royal Capital LTD or any of its international subsidiaries will carry out an evaluation of the operations on the Metatrader platform carried out by any client, in case of finding abusive trading, any profit generated using any of the methods pip-hunting, scalping, arbitrage, manipulations or exploitation of any temporality and / or minor inaccuracy in any rate or price offered on the Trading Platform, a combination of fast / slow fees, use of any commercial robot computer program that is, no-exhaustive examples of computer programs of trading robots include; a script, a spider, an expert advisor, an MQL robot, an algorithmic robot, any type of code that automatically implements orders in the MetaTrader terminal, or any type of external automated robot (bot), i.e. a code of computer that controls the MetaTrader terminal externally unless the Client receives the express written consent of the Company before activating the trading robot software), spiders or other automated data entry system with the Trading Platform for scalping and / or to exploit the feeding latency or flood the system with pending orders without intention to execute them, the profits will be reversed and a penalty could be extended on the 10% of the capital generated by the abusive trading.
In the event that Abusive Trading is repeated using any of the methods described above, the client may be banned from the broker indefinitely.
